  1. Thesis Advisor Appointment Form
    Used for thesis advisor / co-advisor appointment / change procedures. A thesis advisor must be appointed: by the end of the first semester for MS students; by the end of the second semester for PhD students.
  2. Thesis Proposal Declaration Form Word - LaTeX
    MS students must submit thesis proposal declaration form and Thesis Data Entry Form by the end of the 2nd semester at the latest. (Points to note)
