Paper titled “Agentic AI-Based 5G and Beyond Radio Planning Framework” has been accepted for publication in IEEE Access. The paper was authored by Mehmet Galip Tezcan, Ahmet Yazar, Sümeye Nur Karahan, Mustafa Serdar Osmanca, and Hüseyin Oktay Altun. The study proposes an Agentic AI-based multi-agent framework to support scalable, explainable, and autonomous radio planning for 5G and beyond networks. By integrating operator intents, network measurements, geographic information, and demand-related data, the framework aims to improve coverage, demand satisfaction, and energy efficiency in next-generation wireless systems.
